TOURING OPERATIONS MANAGER (NASHVILLE - IN OFFICE)
Seeking a highly organized and proactive **Touring Operations Manager **to oversee the planning, advancing, and coordinating of touring operations across our Nashville roster.
The Touring Operations Manager will work closely with Touring Operations Director, managers, artist, promoters, venues, booking agents, and business managers to ensure shows are executed and advanced properly. This person needs to be a chameleon and able to adapt to a wide range of managers, artists, and teams, anticipates problems before they arise, and have a solid background in new artist and midlevel artist touring.
Key responsibilities
·      Lead advancing for developing artists (venues, production, schedules, hospitality, credentials)
·      Prepare and distribute show advances wide variety of logistical aspects for new artist and midlevel artists
·      Maintain touring documentation including itineraries, advances, settlements, and reporting
·      Maintain touring timeline (90/60/30/14/7 days out)
·      Build stage plot, budgets, riders, and any documentation needed to advance tours and shows
·      Maintain tour documents: itineraries, venue sheets, stage plots, production files
·      Book & track flights, hotels, and ground transportation
·      Support remote settlements (collecting paperwork, statements, invoices)
·      Keep calendars and shared drives organized
·      Assist with remote settlements for development tours
·      Coordinate buses, sprinter vans, hotels, backline, and crew needs
·      Maintain organized tour files and communication threads
·      Document repeatable processes for future hires
Qualifications
·       3+ years of experience in touring (ie TM, PM, PC, PA, venue ops)
·       Excellent communication & organization skills
·       Basic understand of production (sound, lights, video)
·       Knows to book flights, hotels, ground
·       Understands van & trailer to multiple bus touring logistics
·       Ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously
