Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Personal & Relocation Assistant to support an electronic music artist relocating from the UK to Los Angeles. This role will focus on helping manage the logistics of an international move, household setup, and light administrative support during the transition period.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and familiar with navigating local systems in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate setup of household utilities (electricity, internet, water, etc.)
• Assist with administrative tasks related to relocation, including documentation and appointments
• Support school enrollment process for children (including using utility documentation where required)
• Help coordinate and navigate driver’s license application process
• Assist with furnishing the home, including tracking deliveries, and setup
• Receive and collect deliveries as needed
• Help organize and set up household spaces
• Provide general logistical and administrative support as needed during the relocation period
Qualifications
• Based in Los Angeles, ideally near Manhattan Beach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling errands and coordinating multiple moving parts
• Familiarity with local services, utilities, and administrative processes in LA is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Details
• Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling, though some availability during standard business hours is helpful
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: mid-summer (with potential for extension depending on needs)
