We are a joint venture music label, focused on signing and developing left of center, boundary pushing talent. With a wide reach spanning across various forms of entertainment and media such as music, fashion, & film/tv, we are strongly positioned to create the world’s next biggest stars and not only launch a successful label, but an entertainment conglomerate.
About The Role:
Born Again Records is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Support Intern to assist with day-to-day label operations. This role supports A&R, marketing, and business development teams by maintaining systems, tracking information, and ensuring internal workflows run smoothly.
This position is ideal for students interested in music business operations, label administration, or project coordination who want hands-on experience inside an active record label.
Responsibilities:
Core Administrative Support
• Maintain internal trackers (Google Sheets, Airtable)
• Organize digital files, documents, and shared drives
• Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
• Support onboarding of interns and collaborators
• Help prepare internal documents and reports
A&R Administrative Support
• Assist with metadata organization
• Track split sheets and release documentation
• Support release readiness preparation
• Maintain artist and project databases
Program & Team Support
• Help collect weekly intern reports
• Track productivity and deliverables
• Assist team leads with follow-ups and task coordination
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required
• Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared systems
• Dependable and professional
Preferred (Not Required)
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, or Asana
• Interest in music business, label ops, or project management
• Prior administrative or internship experience
TOOLS YOU’LL USE
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Airtable or similar tracking tools
• Email and calendar systems
• File organization platforms
EXPECTATIONS
• Meet weekly deadlines consistently
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Maintain organization across multiple projects
• Handle sensitive information responsibly
• Be proactive and receptive to feedback

**Compensation Structure:**
