Full-Time Music Producers — Artist Vanguard
Artist Vanguard is a fast-growing record label working with artists across electronic, hard dance, pop, and internet-driven music genres. We focus on high-quality music production, distribution, marketing, and artist development.
We are looking to hire full-time, versatile producers to join our in-house production team. We need producers who move fast, take feedback well, and can consistently deliver high-quality work.
The Role Includes:
• Creating or assisting with originals, remixes, covers, and by-ear recreations/remakes
• Mixing raw vocals from singers
• Exporting WAVs/MP3s, stems, project files, and recording DAW walkthrough videos
• Organizing files in Google Drive
• Assisting the label and its artists with occasional production-related tasks
Required:
• Able to work 5–6 days per week
• Strong production ability in at least 3 of these genres: Pop, House, Hip-Hop, Hardstyle, Hardtekk, Hoodtrap, Techno, Melodic Dubstep, Hyperpop, Indie Pop, Rock
• Strong vocal mixing skills
• Ability to recreate sounds, melodies, arrangements, and MIDI by ear
• Able to take direct feedback and handle revisions properly
• Organized with stems, exports, project files, and Drive folders
Good to Have:
• Able to work around Asia time zones, especially UTC+7
• Can play guitar, piano, or other instruments
• Can sing or record vocal ideas
• Familiar with AI music tools like Suno, Audimee, or similar
• Connections to producers, singers, artists, or labels
Do Not Apply If:
• You cannot mix raw vocal recordings properly
• You need hand-holding to find sounds or recreate stems and MIDI parts
• You cannot adapt to different genres and project briefs
• You cannot take direct feedback or perform revisions properly
Payment:
Project-based or monthly.
Monthly range: $1,200–$3,000 USD, depending on skill level, speed, reliability, and genre range.
