About the Role
We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and build our creator marketing department. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful. You'll have the chance to shape the future of this department and grow alongside it as we scale.
This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for a strong operator who deeply understands TikTok culture, short-form content, internet trends, music edits, niche communities, and the creator economy.
This role requires leadership, initiative, and ownership. You will help shape the direction of our marketing efforts, bring new ideas to the table, make independent decisions, and ultimately impact the success of this department as we scale.
Responsibilities
• Build a clear marketing strategy for each release based on the song, audience, genre, market, and relevant online communities.
• Research comparable songs and identify which creators, pages, edits, formats, and content angles contributed to their success.
• Build and maintain an organized creator database containing contact details, niche, average views, pricing, while negotiating and securing the best possible rates.
• Manage campaign budgets, payments, and ensure publishing schedules are on time.
• Create campaign briefs and guide creators on content direction.
• Track campaign performance, Identify high-performing content quickly and recommend when to scale, pause, or change campaign direction.
• Monitor active trends, competitor campaigns, emerging creators, and new content formats.
• Build long-term relationships and recurring partnerships with high-performing creators and content pages.
• Deliver clear weekly reports explaining campaign performance, learnings, next actions, and budget status.
• Work closely with the A&R and label management teams before and after each release.
Requirements
• Fluent English
• Internet Connection
• Experience in music marketing
• Strong Negotiation skills
Nice to Have
• Existing creator or agency relationships.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Spotify Playlists Promo, Youtube Marketing.
Compensation
• Full-time remote contractor position.
• USD $1,200–$1,800 per month, depending on experience
• Performance Based Bonuses
