Artist Success Advisor (Sales)
About GTD
Green Tea Distribution (GTD) is a fast-growing music technology company helping independent artists build sustainable careers. We combine music distribution, career strategy, A&R feedback, release planning, and an active artist community into one membership designed to help artists grow.
We're looking for an Artist Success Advisor to speak with artists who are interested in GTD and help them determine whether our platform is the right fit.
What You'll Do
• Conduct one-on-one discovery calls with artists who have requested more information about GTD
• Learn about each artist's goals and challenges
• Recommend the membership that best fits their needs
• Build trust and guide artists through the enrollment process
• Follow up with prospective members when appropriate
• Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals
Who You Are
• Passionate about music and helping independent artists succeed
• 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience
• Comfortable conducting Zoom or phone calls
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points
• Experience working in the music industry
• Experience in A&R, artist management, distribution, label services, or music marketing
• SaaS or subscription sales experience
• High-ticket or consultative sales experience
