SiriusXM is looking for an organized and energetic intern who isn't intimidated by working with some of the biggest names in entertainment!

**What you’ll do: **

• Craft pitches to artist managers and label reps for promotional programming opportunities.
• Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits.
• Aid in facilitating promotion of social assets for SiriusXM features.
• Planning and prioritizing artist features with managers & publicists.
• Identify important upcoming releases and projects to target for outreach.
• Facilitate internal scheduling logistics and artist materials.
• Maintain legal and archival paperwork for the talent relations department.
• Perform other duties as required.
What you’ll need:

• Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Good project management and planning skills.
• Good personnel management skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Familiar with SiriusXM + Pandora programming.
• Ability to lift and move equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
