Group Vice President, Enterprise Technology

As the Group Vice President of Enterprise Technology, you will build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional organization responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent technology services across the enterprise. You’ll be accountable for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of core technology functions—including infrastructure and network engineering, systems operations, enterprise applications, IT and AV support, financial and corporate applications, collaboration tools and productivity platforms. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Product and Information Officer, you will serve as a critical partner to security, finance, HR, operations and business leadership, ensuring a seamless, resilient, efficient and modern technology foundation that enhances employee experience, supports business agility, and accelerates growth.

What you’ll do:

• Drive Enterprise Technology Strategy. Set and execute a forward-looking strategy for enterprise technology infrastructure, platforms, and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous value delivery.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across infrastructure engineering, network engineering, enterprise IT and AV support, collaboration tools, and corporate applications. Ensure cohesive, enterprise-wide technology execution.
• Integrate AI, machine learning, and automation into core systems and support functions—enabling predictive operations, proactive support, intelligent incident management, and streamlined workflows that significantly reduce manual effort and improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Lead large-scale initiatives and guide cross-functional teams through complex system transformations while driving operational excellence and long-term stability of enterprise technology services.
• Spearhead the modernization of data center environments, developing and executing cloud migration strategies where operational efficiency, scalability, and financial value can be achieved. Ensure cloud transitions are secure, seamless, and aligned with long-term enterprise goals.
• Manage key enterprise technology vendors and partnerships, overseeing enterprise agreements and performance to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment.
• Guide and develop teams responsible for infrastructure engineering, including data centers, compute/storage, and on-premise systems
• Oversee network strategy, design, operations, and security to ensure high availability and secure connectivity across locations, while exploring AI-driven traffic optimization and threat detection
• Direct the systems engineering team, driving automation, scalability, and performance of core services
• Steer enterprise IT support and AV operations to deliver world-class support across all employee touchpoints
• Lead the enterprise strategy for collaboration and productivity platforms, including the use of AI-powered tools to elevate employee engagement, reduce friction, and boost productivity.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of corporate G&A applications for Finance, HR, and other shared services
• Define, manage and deliver against enterprise SLAs and KPIs across enterprise services to drive continuous service improvement. Leverage AI, analytics and predictive maintenance to continuously enhance service quality and user satisfaction.
• Shape and manage the enterprise technology roadmap and budget, driving cost efficiencies through strategic investments, vendor optimization, and AI-led tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify friction points, redesign processes, and implement scalable solutions—amplified by AI and RPA—to improve speed, quality, and scalability of business operations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to enterprise infrastructure and services
• Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
• Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and employee experience across the enterprise technology organization
What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in IT leadership roles with significant ownership over infrastructure, systems, and enterprise applications
• Proven experience leading large-scale, on-premise infrastructure and data center environments
• Deep expertise in systems and network engineering, including high availability, virtualization, monitoring, and automation
• Strong track record of managing enterprise IT support and AV operations in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success in owning and evolving SaaS collaboration ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Monday.com, and other G&A applications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
• Experience managing large teams, budgets, and complex vendor ecosystems
• A strong orientation toward service delivery, with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while maintaining a long-term strategic vision
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
