As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of live experiences.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Web & Digital Coordinator to join the team at Superfan. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management, updates, and performance of our public-facing websites and digital landing pages.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, marketing, and customer experience. You’ll be the primary owner of website accuracy and functionality during VIP program launches and on-sales, ensuring that pages are updated quickly, links are correct, and customer-facing information is always accurate.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the Marketing team to implement SEO best practices, maintain analytics tracking, build campaign landing pages, and continuously improve the website experience to support VIP program sales and brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational precision of maintaining live websites and the creative problem-solving involved in improving digital performance and user experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO **
Website Management & On-Sale Support
• Own the day-to-day administration of Superfan’s websites and related digital touchpoints, including publishing and updating VIP program pages, tour information, and FAQs.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure website updates reflect the most current project details and evolving business needs.
• Quickly respond to urgent site updates during live announcements, fixing broken links, swapping ticket links, or updating program details as needed.
• Maintain launch checklists and quality assurance processes to minimize errors during high-traffic sales periods.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure website updates reflect the most current project details.
Digital Production & Page Development
• Build and maintain landing pages, program pages, and reusable page templates within the website CMS and other digital platforms as needed.
• Implement design updates, image optimization, and layout adjustments to ensure pages are visually polished and consistent with brand standards.
• Maintain site structure, redirects, and navigation to keep the website organized and user-friendly.
• Coordinate with developers or external vendors when larger technical updates or improvements are required.
SEO, Analytics & Marketing Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing team to implement SEO best practices including metadata, page structure, and technical optimizations.
• Support the creation and deployment of campaign landing pages for marketing initiatives and program announcements.
• Implement and maintain analytics and conversion tracking tools to help measure website performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with basic A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives to improve ticket and VIP program sales.
Site Quality & Performance
• Monitor overall website performance and usability, identifying opportunities for improvements to speed, accessibility, and functionality.
• Maintain plugins, integrations, and routine site maintenance to ensure the site runs smoothly and securely.
• Maintain documentation and internal processes for website updates and launch workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Google Workspace & Internal Systems Support
• Manage Google Workspace user lifecycle including account provisioning, deactivation, and access control across teams.
• Administer Google Voice assignments, number provisioning, and routing setup for team members and departments.
• Maintain user groups, shared drives, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data security.
• Troubleshoot basic Workspace issues (login, access, sharing) and coordinate with IT or external vendors when needed while supporting lightweight internal systems and tooling needs across the team.
• Support broader digital, operational, and systems-related initiatives as needed, helping the team move quickly and efficiently across projects.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have 2–4+ years of experience managing websites, digital content, or web production for a consumer-facing brand or media company.
• You’re comfortable working in modern CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools.
• You have working knowledge of HTML/CSS and can make small layout or formatting changes when needed.
• You understand the fundamentals of SEO, analytics tracking, and digital marketing performance metrics.
• You’re highly detail-oriented and take pride in catching small issues before they become bigger problems.
• You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can respond quickly when time-sensitive updates are required.
• You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to execute projects successfully.
• You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• You’re comfortable managing Google Workspace environments, including user accounts, permissions, and shared drives.
• You have familiarity with tools like Google Admin, Google Voice, or similar platforms for basic IT/system administration tasks.
• Experience working with event, ticketing, or entertainment-related websites.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms.
• Basic experience with image optimization, page speed improvements, or website accessibility best practices.
