JOB TITLE: Operations Intern
TOTAL PACKAGE: This position is a paid internship for academic credit. You will receive $12.50/ hour. You must register your internship with an official institution to participate. 
There is also the opportunity to travel and work on some of our live events. Any requests to join events would be paid at an industry standard per-day rate, with travel costs + work expenses reimbursed by the company.
LOCATION: Remote
HOURS: 15 - 20 hours per week (flexible hours)
DURATION: June 1st - August 28th

THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to work with SUPER for the summer semester.
During your time with SUPER, you will support the Operations Department with day-to-day tour operations, as well as experience valuable 1x1 time with other SUPER Departments. 
Some of your day-to-day tasks could look like:
• Attending department meetings 
• Maintaining the staff database 
• Sourcing tour supplies and merchandise
• Coordinating shipping and logistics for tours
• Updating tour project trackers and inventory 
• Assisting the customer service team with customer communications and feedback
• Checking ticketing links for events and walking through the customer experience
• Cross-checking details for informational emails
• Assisting with keeping company-wide calendars updated
• Updating sales numbers to project trackers and inventory
This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in live entertainment, supporting real-life operations for some of the world’s largest clients in the music industry.
We are always growing our team, and it’s not unusual for interns to continue with our team after the internship concludes. While we cannot guarantee a full-time role at the end of the internship, we are happy to provide the contacts and support to get you started. 
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
We are looking for the following skills: 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• Organization (we mean it!)
• Confidence in communication skills, especially in email
• Team player
• Familiarity with Slack, Mailchimp, and Adobe Acrobat would be advantageous (but not required)
