About Dean Street
Dean Street is a boutique strategy and operations firm working at the intersection of music, fashion, media, and entertainment. Our clients range between record labels, recording artists, emerging brands, and creative businesses navigating high-stakes projects, and our interns work directly alongside the team that runs them.
The Program
This is a hands-on internship built around real exposure. You'll work directly on live client projects and sit in on strategic planning sessions, contribute to client work, and learn how modern entertainment businesses actually operate — from deal strategy to execution. Over the course of the term, you'll move from observer to contributor assisting in market research, decks, vendor coordination, and more.
Term:
Commitment: 2-3 days per week (~12 hours/week), in-person
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (mainly) and West Hollywood
**Compensation: **$750 stipend per month
What You'll Do
• Conduct market, client, and industry research across music, media, fashion, and brand sectors
• Assist in preparing strategic decks, client reports, and internal documents
• Support day-to-day project management and operational workflows
• Support on-site client and team needs, including in-person errands and off-site coordination

Who We're Looking For
• Currently enrolled college student
• Available in-person in LA two/three days per week for the full term
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (the role involves regular off-site coordination)
• Discreetness and professionalism Our client work is high-profile and projects are confidential
• Genuine interest in the business side of music, fashion, media, or entertainment
Compensation
This internship is paid monthly with a $750 stipend. It can also qualify for academic credit if applicable.
