Senior Project Manager

Full time

Remote • Los Angeles

USD 144000.00 - 180000.00

Salary: USD 144000.00 - 180000.00 annually

Category: Marketing/PR/Social/Events

Who We Are
We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency running 360° campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Instagram), Google, X, and YouTube for clients in music, film/TV, and consumer products. We're at seven figures a month and growing faster than our infrastructure can hold — which is why this role exists. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it.
What You'll Do
• Run campaigns end to end: scoping, budgets, timelines, creative pipelines, media flighting, reporting
• Own client relationships day to day — status calls, strategy presentations, escalations, results
• Build our PM operating system from scratch: workflows, templates, SOPs, tooling, resourcing models
• Coordinate creative, media, influencer, and production teams plus outside vendors and freelancers
• Track pacing and performance in-flight, flag what's off, and drive the fix
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years managing integrated digital campaigns (agency, label, studio, or brand-side)
• Full circle experience and fluency with all primary platforms of engagement.
• Experience across multiple verticals; you can move from an album rollout to a product launch without losing a step
• Strong client-facing presence: you can hold a room and deliver hard news
• A track record of building process where none existed
• Sharp with budgets, pacing, and margin
• Hungry.
Bonus: music/entertainment marketing, creator campaigns, paid social buying, agency ops
One Caveat: This is a startup. Some weeks you'll run a seven-figure campaign; other weeks you'll build a scope template at 9pm because nobody else will. If you need a fixed process and a clean org chart, this isn't it. If you want to build something and shape how a company runs — let's talk.
To Apply: send your resume and a short note about a campaign you ran end to end: what broke, and what you did about it.
