Ticketing Coordinator
Role Summary & Responsibilities:** **
As the Ticketing Coordinator, your role will have a heavy focus on the management and reporting of sales data, support with ticketing pre-sales and on-sales, information tracking, and support for our tours. Additional Responsibilities:
• Complete and distribute accurate weekly ticket counts for events and distribute count requests externally, working with various departments/venues and using various internal systems.
• Coordinate with venue box offices, promoters, and ticketing platforms on inventory management and technical setup
• Build and maintain VIP package offerings, artist meet & greet experiences, and premium hospitality landing pages
• Monitor on-sale performance, identify issues, and coordinate rapid response solutions
• Coordinate presale and onsale VIP campaigns, including fan club, credit card, venue, and radio presales, with detailed timeline management
• Build VIP upgrades and Artist /Tour VIP landing pages for our website.
• Interact with artists, agents, and management, providing requested reports as necessary.
• Perform additional assignments as needed.
Job Requirements & Skills you’ll need to succeed:
• 1-3 years of experience working in Box Office / Music Tours or VIP Event-related positions
• Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Follow-up and time management skills
• Ability to engage in positive interaction with employees and industry contacts
• Ability and willingness to assist with both low-level and high-level tasks
• Willingness to learn required business systems
• Adaptability to change regarding department systems and protocols
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Bonus skills: (let us know if you have experience with any of the below) *not required to apply
• Experience with: Shopify (Event Ticketing/Event Calendar)
• Experience using Monday (to track tasks/projects)
• Experience using Basecamp
• Previous experience working on Music Tours in other roles
This position is a hybrid role working out of our Nashville office. You'll work with your manager on a schedule that involves some office days and some work from home days. Do not apply unless you currently live within driving distance of Nashville, TN.
