Minos EMI, a Universal Music Company, is looking for a Streaming & Digital Advertising Coordinator.
We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and forward-thinking Streaming & Digital Advertising professional to join our team and help drive audience growth, streaming performance, and digital advertising initiatives across our roster of artists.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal Streaming & Digital Advertising Coordinator will:
• Develop and execute digital growth strategies focused on streaming performance, audience acquisition, fan engagement, and revenue generation.
• Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and emerging platforms.
• Manage artist and label presence across DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon Music and others).
• Support playlist pitching strategies and release optimization efforts across key DSPs to maximize artist discoverability and audience growth.
• Monitor and analyze streaming performance, playlist impact, audience behavior, and consumption trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with local and international platform partners to maximize visibility, playlisting opportunities, and promotional support.
• Create and maintain digital marketing timelines and campaign plans for artist releases.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness through data-driven reporting and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Marketing, A&R, Publicity, Branding, International, Commercial Partnerships, and Artist Management teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Identify emerging digital trends, platform updates, and innovative marketing opportunities within the music ecosystem.
• Build and present performance reports covering streaming, audience growth, advertising efficiency, and campaign ROI.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize audience development strategies through experimentation and performance analysis.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
The ideal Streaming & Digital Advertising Coordinator should have:
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms including META Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Spotify Advertising.
• Strong understanding of music streaming platforms, playlist ecosystems, audience development, and DSP best practices.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance using data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and digital storytelling.
• Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns and familiarity with the Greek creator ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital analytics tools.
• Understanding of digital consumer behavior and audience segmentation.
• Experience in a marketing agency, media agency, record label, entertainment company, or related environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, CRM platforms, fan data management, audience development, and lifecycle marketing is considered a strong plus.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify Academy, etc.) are considered a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
