ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a social media native to build and run a portfolio of fan, mood, genre, seeding and clipping pages. These pages sit at the heart of how we impact culture at Fast Friends, and we are looking for someone who treats them like their own ecosystem rather than a content calendar to fill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build, launch and grow fan pages, edit pages, themed mood/genre pages, meme pages and clipping pages across our roster and wider music culture.
• Plan and produce native, platform-first content (edits, lyric clips, behind-the-scenes, memes, reaction-bait, trend hijacks) that actually performs.
• Manage posting cadence, engagement and community across multiple accounts without losing the distinct voice of each one.
• Spot trending sounds, formats and conversations early and move on them within hours, not days. 
• Identify and partner with creators, editors and fan accounts already doing great work in our artists' worlds.
• Track performance (reach, saves, follows, click-through to DSPs) and use it to sharpen what we do next.
• Work closely with our marketing, paid media and artist teams so organic effort feeds directly into release campaigns.
WHO YOU ARE
• You already run, or have grown, fan or genre pages of your own and can point to the numbers.
• You understand the difference between a page that posts content and a page that builds an audience.
• You're plugged into music culture, particularly across pop, alternative, R&B, indie, hyperpop or whichever niche you live in, and you can talk fluently about what's moving on TikTok this week.
• Strong editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, Flow Stage or similar. 
• You write strong captions and hooks.
• You're comfortable juggling multiple accounts at once and keeping each one's identity tight.
• Self-directed, fast, and obsessed with what works rather than what looks polished.
