Role Overview
This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants real exposure to the inner workings of artist management. You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations across music releases, A&R, marketing rollouts, and general artist strategy.
This is not a passive internship. You’ll be expected to think, contribute, and operate like part of the team.

• Help organize and maintain release schedules, assets, and metadata
• Support marketing rollouts (DSPs, socials, DJ promo, content planning)
• Coordinate and prep materials for meetings, sessions, and campaigns
• Conduct industry research (labels, agents, brand partners, collaborators)
• Help manage inbox flow, submissions, and artist communications
• Assist with live event prep and on-site support when applicable
• Maintain internal systems (Airtable, Drive, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
• Deep interest in music (especially electronic, dance, and global scenes)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Clear communication (written + verbal)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.
• Bonus: basic understanding of music releases, royalties, or DJ culture
What You’ll Gain
• Direct exposure to artist management at a high level
• Real experience across A&R, marketing, and operations
• Insight into how records are released, promoted, and monetized
• Opportunity to build a network within the music industry
• Potential pathway to long-term role within TSG

If you want, I can tighten this even further for a more “exclusive / selective” tone or make a second version that leans more aggressive (harder filters, higher signal candidates).
