We're looking for someone who loves music, not just as background noise, but as something that matters. Someone who understands why fans collect, why artists care about how their work is presented, and why the choice of music format alters the experience. If that's you, we want to hear from you.
Hours: Part-Time
Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience. College credit available. 
Day-to-day, this role may touch on any combination of the following, depending on team needs and your strengths:
Areas of Involvement
Social Media
• Supporting content creation and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Helping monitor engagement and surface trends or opportunities for the team.
Asset Management Support
• Assisting with organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries.
• Supporting file prep, formatting, and delivery across teams.
Artist Onboarding
• Helping coordinate materials and communications as new artists and labels join KiTbetter.
• Ensuring a smooth, on-brand experience from first contact onward.
Digital Marketing
• Supporting email campaigns, audience research, and performance tracking.
• Assisting with ad creative prep and basic reporting.
Administrative Support
• Helping keep projects organized and teams aligned through scheduling, notes, and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Music, Music Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital content.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone and detail.
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or similar tools.
• Enthusiasm for music, fan culture, and emerging media formats is a big plus.
Bonus Skills
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Experience with Notion and Airtable 
What You’ll Learn
Work directly with company leadership and gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of music marketing, artist development, and fan engagement, including:
• Real-world marketing for music products and artist releases.
• Exposure to artist relations, digital marketing, ecommerce, and content strategy.
• Collaboration with an international team across the U.S., South Korea, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
• Insight into how music releases are developed, marketed, and brought to fans
