A&R Internship – Boom.Records

The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented A&R Intern to support our artist development and music discovery efforts. The ideal candidate lives and breathes music, has a sharp ear for new talent, and understands what connects with audiences today. You’ll help identify emerging artists, track new releases, and assist our team in shaping creative direction across upcoming projects.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify emerging artists, producers, and songwriters
• Track new releases, playlists, and trends across streaming platforms and social media
• Support A&R meetings, sessions, and studio coordination
• Assist with metadata organization, song tracking, and artist communications
• Compile reports and creative summaries for internal review
Qualifications
• Deep passion for music discovery and understanding of current sounds, genres, and trends
• Strong awareness of social and streaming platforms
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Great taste!
