Role Overview
We’re looking for a A&R Intern to help identify artist merchandise opportunities. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and cold outreach to help grow youvmerch’s client base.

Responsibilities
• Research artists, bands, and creators across social media platforms
• Track outreach efforts and follow-ups in our internal systems
• Identify potential merchandise opportunities and partnerships

Qualifications
• Interest in the music industry and creator economy
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and direct messaging
• Self-motivated and organized

Compensation
• Commission-based pay on orders generated from sourced leads
