Internship Overview:
Fractal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Artist Management Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the music industry. This internship is available for college credit and is ideal for a current college student passionate about artist management, talent development, and the behind-the-scenes workings of the entertainment world.
As an Artist Management Intern, you will work closely with our team to support daily management operations, contribute to marketing strategies, and assist with organizational tasks for our artists. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to deepen their understanding of artist relations, branding, and industry logistics while building real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization and Administrative Support:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including strong emailing support and organization.
• Handle incoming email requests and filter through campaign opportunities.
• Schedule and prepare for internal and external calls, meetings, and appointments as needed.
Market Research and Outreach:
• Conduct research to identify relevant brands and contact emails for marketing, PR, and influencer campaigns.
• Create professional marketing assets like pitch decks and social media kits for company talents.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the CEO and team members to develop and implement new strategies.
• Work closely with the founder and talent managers to improve workflows and execute new initiatives.
Quality Control:
• Ensure all documents, pitches, and submissions meet company standards for quality and design.
Qualifications:
• This is an unpaid internship, and academic credit is required to be considered for this opportunity. Must be a current college student and able to use this internship for school credit.
• Previous experience working for or interning with another company in the entertainment or music industry is a plus.
Internship Details:
• Duration: 3-6 months, for school credit.
• Hours: Ideal candidates should be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, totaling at least 15 hours.
• Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA.
