About Starfish
Starfish Marketing & Creative is a boutique music marketing agency built on one simple belief: great marketing starts with great partnership.
Unlike larger labels and agencies that often manage dozens of artists at once, we intentionally keep our roster small—typically just three to five clients at any given time. This allows us to become a true extension of each client's team, investing deeply in their career, brand, and long-term success.
Our clients don't hire us simply to execute marketing campaigns. They trust us to help shape release strategies, strengthen their brand, solve complex marketing challenges, and serve as a true extension of their team.
We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building careers, enjoys leading creative teams, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to have a meaningful impact on both our clients and our agency.
Position Summary
The Marketing Director will work directly alongside the Founder to lead day-to-day client strategy, oversee campaign execution, and help guide the growth of Starfish Marketing & Creative.
This person will serve as the strategic lead across assigned clients while coordinating internal team members and trusted external specialists to ensure every campaign is executed with creativity, excellence, and attention to detail.
