[PIAS] champions and supports the best independent music in the world across our unrivalled international network. Established in 1982, we operate 16 global offices – all leveraging local relationships to influence local gatekeepers.
The role
As Label Manager, you will be the main day-to-day contact for label inquiries and support the teams working across all matters relating to Marketing, Synchronization, Licensing, Brand Partnerships, and Social Media. 
Key responsibilities will include:
• Assist & Support the Marketing team across projects as needed
• Develop & Execute marketing strategies from start to finish on selected artist projects
• Liaise with all departments internally, as well as external companies, labels, international teams, artists & artist management, to ensure good communication and efficient running of campaigns 
• Assist the Sync Team with asset delivery, licensing administration, music searches, and monthly mailings
• Manage and coordinate physical and digital releases: make sure all parts for production are delivered within set and agreed deadlines and schedules are updated
• Manage & file assets for Marketing, DSP, Media & Distribution, ensuring everything is up to date and organized
• Build Radio mailings & liaise with external teams to deliver assets on time
• Coordinate Promo mailings and internal stock requests
• Assist with social media content curation and channel administration
• Support the day-to-day admin activities of cross-functional teams
• Coordinate events and promotional activity, such as listening events, showcases, label fairs
• Update and maintain our contact and distribution databases
• Attend regular team meetings and local shows with the rest of the team
• Office administrative tasks
Skill Requirements:
• 1-2 years music business experience preferred
• Intermediate Photoshop, Excel & Word proficiency
• Previous experience with platforms such as Office 365 Suite, Constant Contact, Teams, Dropbox, Google Suite
• Communicative and enthusiastic to learn
• Highly organized and able to work quickly to meet deadlines
