Salary: USD 100.00 - 250.00 daily

Looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Assistant to help with music events in LA (must be local).
This is NOT a desk job. If you don’t like physical work, late nights, or live events, this isn’t a fit.

What You’ll Do:
Pick up & transport event equipment from a storage unit,
Arrive early to venues for load-in and setup,
Assist during the show (stage managing, running, coordination),
Break down gear after the event,
Transport equipment back to storage (same night or later in the week).

Requirements:
Reliable car that can carry event gear,
Able to lift 40–50 lbs,
Punctual, calm under pressure, detail-oriented,
Comfortable working nights + weekends,
Positive attitude & good people skills,
Must be reachable and responsive on show days.

Pay:
$100–$250 per event.
Based on event size, hours, and responsibility.
