We’re looking for a local Los Angeles DJ for alternative-focused parties and live music events.
This is about energy, taste, and vibe as much as technical skill. You should be comfortable playing in front of real crowds and contributing to the atmosphere of the night.
What We’re Looking For
• High-energy, confident DJ with a great attitude
• Fashion-forward / visually aware (style matters)
• Comfortable engaging with crowds and live environments
• Reliable and punctual
Music Knowledge (Required)
You must be fluent in alternative-leaning genres, including:
• Pop Punk
• Indie Rock
• Classic Rock
• Metal
• Industrial
• Adjacent alternative / underground styles
If you mostly play open-format, Top 40, or wedding sets, this isn’t a fit.
Event Details
• Typical sets: 1–3 hours
• Events include parties, club nights, and concerts
• Most events are evenings / late nights
Pay
• $100–$200 per event, based on hours and scope
