Category: Experiential/Brand Partnerships
RASA is the experiential technology platform built to launch and scale live events. We create immersive music festivals, exclusive social gatherings, and premium brand experiences that bring people together in the real world. From Pier Play on the Santa Monica Pier and Thrill City at Six Flags Magic Mountain to the Eiffel Tower, we unlock iconic spaces and turn them into cultural destinations, all powered by our own in-house software. To date, we've held 200+ events across 12 cities and built a community of 113,000+ people.
We're hiring a Festival Producer to lead the planning and execution of our festivals, concerts, original event properties, and branded experiences within RASA Creates.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Los Angeles, reporting to the VP of Operations & Partnerships, with domestic and international travel required.
Working with the Creative Director and department leads, you'll own the production lifecycle from planning and budgeting through permitting, load-in, live operations, load-out, and closeout. You'll align teams, vendors, venues, and public agencies to deliver events safely, on time, within budget, and to RASA's creative standards.
You'll thrive here if you: take ownership, anticipate problems, stay calm and decisive under pressure, and balance creative ambition with operational and financial discipline. You're equally comfortable leading department heads and being hands-on during load-in.
