Oh Wow Company is seeking an Event Operations Assistant Intern to work directly with our Director of Operations (RJ) across all major festival properties. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in live event production, logistics, and behind-the-scenes festival operations. Must have a hard work ethic and very driven to succeeded in this industry.
Role Overview
You will support daily operations, administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and event logistics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on internship where you will gain real-world experience in producing large-scale music and cultural events.
Responsibilities
• Assist RJ with day-to-day operations planning and administrative support
• Help manage vendor communication, tracking, and follow-ups
• Support permit preparation, documentation, and operational files
• Assist in building site maps, schedules, checklists, and run-of-show documents
• Coordinate quotes, invoices, and vendor materials
• Update internal trackers and maintain organized shared folders
• Support onsite during load-in, event days, and load-out (as needed)
• Take notes on calls and distribute key takeaways to the team
• Assist with ordering supplies, signage, materials, and credentials
• Help manage ops-related deadlines and prep for weekly internal meetings
What You’ll Learn

• Cross-team collaboration with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and production

Qualifications
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator
• Comfortable working in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs & Notion
• Able to multitask and follow through on tasks
• Interested in live entertainment
• Must be comfortable working event weekends
• Based in Arizona or able to work in-person during key timelines
