Dirty Fest LA 2026: Festival Production Coordinator
Independent contractor, DM Presents LLC
Overview
DM Presents LLC is looking for a festival production coordinator for Dirty Fest LA 2026 at Catch One, Los Angeles, on Friday, December 4, 2026: five stages, approximately thirty artists, all ages. The Coordinator is the point person for advancing and on-site production on the two main stages. You'll work directly with DM's Production lead, who runs the business side of the night (security, venue management, artist payments, VIP, sponsors and escalations), and with the Catch One production team. You run your stages with full authority and a lead to escalate to. You are not running the show alone.
What we're looking for
● Experience in concert or festival production, or stage management
● Comfortable running a stage crew under pressure
● Clear communicator, including on radio
● Organized, quick to prioritize, resourceful when something goes sideways
● Able to hold a line with artist teams and venue staff while staying respectful
Scope
Advancing. Confirm technical and hospitality requirements with each artist's team for the Main Stage and Stage 2 (Underground), reconcile them against the Catch One tech specs and the shared festival backline, and deliver completed advance sheets to the Dirty Fest and Catch One production teams. Collect and circulate riders for the three smaller stages. Window: November 6 to November 13, 2026.
Pre-event meetings. Weekly one-hour planning calls from the last week of October through show week.
Tech riders. Make sure every rider for the two main stages is on file with both production teams, and flag anything that needs solving before show day.
Show day, December 4th. On site from 11:30am through load-out (approximately 1:30am). You own the production timeline: stage managers and A1s report to you, you run set times and changeovers, you're the single point of contact for tech riders, backline and vendor logistics, and you liaise with Catch One's production manager on venue requirements. Merchandise, VIP, ticketing and security questions go to the relevant DM lead.
Post-event. Supervise load-out and join a short debrief.
Compensation
$2,000 flat, covering the advance, the pre-event meetings and show day. Paid 50% at the start of advancing and 50% within 7 days after the event, against invoice. DM provides radios and credentials. Independent contractor engagement: you invoice through your own business, provide a W-9 and carry your own taxes and insurance.
