ALTER Music is a NYC based independent record label founded by Rob Stevenson and Matt Signore, formerly of 300 Entertainment. ALTER Music’s diverse roster of artists includes Chalk, Naomi Scott, Gus Dapperton, LIA LIA, Max Volante, Dahi, and more.
Overview:
ALTER Music is seeking a marketing + digital intern for Summer 2026. This is an extremely hands-on internship at an independent label, with high visibility and strategy execution across the ALTER roster. This is a paid internship, must be available in-person in NYC at our Chelsea offices 2-3 days/week; start and end dates to be confirmed.
**Marketing / Digital Internship **
What You’ll Do
• Support marketing team with creation/maintenance of artist social schedules, marketing plans, and digital campaigns
• Research and report creators, trends, and potential partnership opportunities
• Help coordinate campaign timelines, rollout plans, and asset management
• Assist with writing DSP pitches, newsletters, etc.
• Track DSP and press placements on ALTER releases
• Ideate fan acquisition and engagement strategy for ALTER artists
What We’re Looking For
• Currently enrolled in university (preferably a music / marketing focused program)
• Interested and passionate about the music industry, and artist development
• Digital/social focussed individual, with an interest and understanding in digital trends and internet culture
• Collaborative, communicative, and self-starter
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, DSP’s (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music)
