Ideally, the candidate will have a strong passion for the music creation process and a desire to understand how songwriters, producers, and artists collaborate to develop records.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and researching potential collaborators for our artists
• Assisting with the coordination and facilitation of writing and recording sessions with topliners and producers
• Providing feedback and guidance on repertoire, lyrics, melodies, and production
• Preparing monthly written A&R notes on songs currently in development
• Assisting with additional tasks across the team as needed
