Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including phones, calendar management, scheduling, booking reports, expense reports, and maintaining artist calendars in a fast-paced agency environment
• Assist with research, special projects, and gathering information that supports booking efforts and artist development
• Track ticket counts and share performance updates with artists and their teams
• Upload, organize, and monitor incoming offers and deal activity
• Prepare, issue, and track contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Monitor incoming deposits and maintain organized financial records related to bookings
• Coordinate show announcements with artist teams, buyers, and partners
• Prepare final show settlements for the accounting team with accurate event and financial details
• Maintain professional communication with talent buyers, managers, and artists on a daily basis
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned by agent and management
Qualifications
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in the music industry, live events, or a talent agency environment
• Preferred: Four-year college degree
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the music industry
• Must be solutions oriented
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters
