Role Overview
As we expand our roster in 2026, we're bringing on Artist Relations Leads, music industry insiders who can connect artists in their network with our team and help guide our growing A&R intern program.
Artist Relations Leads are typically artist managers, A&R, label staff, tour managers, or agents with strong relationships in the indie space. The role is built around the connections you already have: no cold outreach, no quotas, no day-job conflicts. You make warm intros. We handle quoting, mockups, production, fulfillment, and client management. If interested as well, you'll help oversee our A&R interns, providing mentorship as they identify and engage with prospective artists. 
Responsibilities
• Introduce artists, managers, or labels in your network to youvmerch when there's a fit
• Help manage and mentor our A&R intern team
• Maintain the relationship-first ethos that defines our work

Qualifications
• Active in indie music: management, A&R, label, touring, or promotion
• Established network of artists or rosters with consistent merch needs
• Experience mentoring, managing, or guiding junior talent
• Long-term thinker who values relationships

Compensation
• Artist Relations Leads commission 50% of profit on every order from artists they bring in
• 1099 contractor structure
