Key Responsibilities
• Scout and develop emerging artists, producers, and songwriters
• Manage existing client relationships, logistics, and studio coordination
• Track project deliverables, metadata, and splits
• Attend shows and industry events to strengthen the network
• Surface creative leads and partnership opportunities
• Provide regional and trend insights to the broader team
