Are you looking for an exciting first step into the entertainment industry?
Our Rotational Assistant Programme has been designed to give you hands-on experience across a range of teams & disciplines within the businesses at WME, whilst gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

This is a unique opportunity to build valuable skills, develop your professional network and explore different areas of the business before progressing into a permanent Assistant role as opportunities become available.

What you'll do

You'll begin with a structured WME induction programme and have access to four business rotations, giving you exposure to different teams and disciplines across the organisation.

Your rotations will include:

Books, literary media and digital, Brand Partnerships, Comms, events and office operations and Sports & Entertainment Marketing.
During each placement you'll work alongside experienced teams, supporting day-to-day business operations while developing the core skills needed for a successful career at WME.

Your apprenticeship

Alongside your role, you'll complete a fully funded Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship delivered by LDN Apprenticeship Company and is funded through WME's Apprenticeship Levy, so there is no cost to you.

You'll receive dedicated support from an experienced Skills Coach and will develop knowledge in areas including:

Business ecosystems, Personal and professional effectiveness, Regulation and compliance, Technology in business, Effective collaboration, finishing with a final project and portfolio.

You’ll have a dedicated skills coach to support you through the qualification, and dedicated time for weekly online learning. You’ll also have Monthly coaching sessions, Provider-led workshops, and Practical workplace learning throughout your rotations.

· Curious and eager to learn
· Organised and proactive
· Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to build positive working relationships
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities
· Motivated to develop both professionally and personally

No previous industry experience is required - we're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
