We are looking for a Project Manager – Marketing to join the Atlantic Records team at Warner Music Italy, reporting directly to the label's Head of Marketing .
A person capable of combining strategic vision, creative sensitivity and execution skills , following the projects of a roster of artists and releases and contributing to the construction of 360° marketing campaigns.
Passion, Experience & Vision
• 3–4 years of experience in record label marketing or related fields. Previous experience in music, media, digital, entertainment, or the creative industries is a plus.
• A strong interest in music and the dynamics of the recording industry, with the ability to look at an artist's marketing from a 360° perspective : building the launch of a single or album by working on its image and positioning, developing social and digital campaigns, devising new creative opportunities and finding ever-new ways to engage listeners, fans and superfans .
• Curiosity and initiative: you can spot an opportunity, a new trend, or something that can be improved, and you're eager to explore it further and bring your idea to the table.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between various company departments—including A&R, Digital, Promotion, and International—and external stakeholders.
Creativity, Data & Execution
• You experience social and digital platforms with ease and have a strong sensitivity to trends, languages, communities and audience behaviour .
• You know how to find the right balance between creative thinking and concreteness , transforming an intuition or idea into a structured strategic and operational plan.
• You're familiar with reading and interpreting consumption, streaming, social, and audience data , using it to understand performance and identify campaign optimization opportunities.
• You are familiar with tools like Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote , to organize data and information and present them clearly and effectively.
Relations, Organization & Communication
• You have a natural ease in communicating, listening, and collaborating with a variety of people and professionals, from internal teams to artists, management, agencies, and creative partners .
• You have strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude : you know how to simultaneously manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail and the quality of the result.
• You have excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken , which is essential for interacting with international partners and networks.
Main responsibilities
• Strategic & Creative Marketing: Contribute to the definition and execution of marketing plans for singles, albums, and artistic projects, from positioning and building the release narrative to developing digital campaigns, content, activations, and creative ideas, ensuring consistency between artistic vision and project objectives.
• Project Management: Coordinate the various phases of campaigns and their timelines, working in synergy with the A&R, Digital, Promotion, and International teams and liaising with artists, management, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to take projects from strategy to execution.
• Audience & Fan Engagement: Contribute to the development of initiatives and opportunities capable of amplifying the relationship between artists and audiences, with particular attention to communities, fans and superfans and the various digital and physical touchpoints.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: monitor the main performance KPIs – streaming, social, audience and other relevant indicators – by developing reports and insights useful for understanding the progress of releases and optimising ongoing campaigns.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Support the planning and monitoring of marketing and production budgets for individual projects, ensuring timely tracking of investments and key expenditure items.
