UTA is seeking a Recruiter to join our Early Career Recruiting team in our Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the next generation of talent at one of the world’s leading entertainment companies by building strong pipelines, engaging high-potential candidates, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience. The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to attracting and hiring top-tier early-career talent. There is no relocation package provided for this role.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
• Talent Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with top talent through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates.
• Data-Driven Approach: Use data and insights to assess the talent pipeline, strengthen recruiting strategies, and inform recommendations for stakeholders and partners.
• Inclusion Initiatives: Support recruitment within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics to deepen business knowledge and recruitment expertise.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with university recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and Ashby experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
• General business knowledge and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized and able to work effectively against deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
