How You'll CREATE:
Build and Lead a Creator & Influencer Partnership Engine
• Develop and execute the vision and commercial strategy for our music across the creator/influencer ecosystem.
• Create a repeatable playbook for scaling creator-led partnerships: how we source, package, sell, execute, and renew.
• Identify platform shifts, audience behaviors, and cultural signals early, and translate them into business opportunities.
Originate High-Level Commercial Relationships
• Leverage an established personal network across creator studios, top influencers, social-first agencies, and brand marketing leaders to drive immediate partnership momentum.
• Position our catalog, songwriter community, and creative teams as strategic partners, not just a licensing solution.
Drive Revenue Through Brand Partnerships & Music-Led Campaigns
• Build new revenue streams through creator-first concepts, bespoke music programs, branded content frameworks, and integrated campaigns.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and close deals (including rights, usage, term, territory, approvals, and renewals).
• Ensure partnerships are executed with excellence: delivering impact for brands while protecting and elevating our creators.
Collaborate Across a World-Class Music Organization
• Work seamlessly across sync, licensing, creative, A&R, legal, finance, and operations to align brand/agency needs with our catalog and capabilities.
• Serve as the internal voice of the creator economy, bringing sharp insight on what drives growth, discovery, and conversion in social marketing.

• A proven, active network across creator studios, influencer ecosystems, social-first agencies, brands, and major advertising agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close partnerships with senior decision-makers (brand and agency side).
Commercial & Rights Fluency
• Understanding of music publishing, licensing, brand partnerships, creator programs, rights structures, or adjacent fields.
• Skilled in designing partnership value propositions that align with marketing objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
