**The A Side: A Day in The Life ** 

In this role you will be expected to prepare accurate royalty accounting for all parties contracted to the label, and to provide ad-hoc information to Management and the labels when required. 

We are preferably looking for someone with a basic understanding of Royalties, but what is essential is an analytical, detail driven mind with a proven track record working with numbers and being comfortable dealing with internal & external stakeholders. 

This role is a hybrid working position with 4 days a week in our 4 Pancras Square office and one at home. 

**The B Side: Skills & Experience ** 

• Royalty Accounting   

• Quarterly processing as directed by Head of label releases 

• Contract logging on IEG label 

• Sales input on IEG label 

• Monthly fee income bookings 

• Quarterly TV break claiming and booking of overseas claims 

• Year end information provision and analysis as required by Management and/or Finance as directed by Head 

• Monthly processing of VAT invoices payable on the labels 

• Investigation and resolution of ad hoc queries on the labels as within job holder’s capabilities 

Person Specification 

• Good levels of numeracy and accuracy in figurework 

• Ability to analyse and interpret legal documents 

• Can deliver under pressure, and can set / meet own goals 

• High level of competency on mainframe and Microsoft packages, notably Microsoft Excel & Word. 

• Must be able to complete all tasks within agreed deadlines
