What You'll Do

At Translation, Producers are vital to bringing culture-shaping work to life. As a Producer on the McDonald’s account, you’ll manage and execute a variety of content-driven campaigns, serving as both a creative problem solver and logistical expert. You will lead projects of small-to-moderate scale independently, while also collaborating with senior production leads on more complex initiatives. You’ll support creative excellence while delivering on time and on budget—ensuring each production runs smoothly from pre-pro to final wrap.

• Represent Translation in McDonald’s Integrated Agency Team (IAT) and collaborate with all IAT agency producers to execute Tier 2 and Tier 3 work; whether that be unique adaptations or direct adaptations of the general market campaign.
• Lead small-to-mid-sized campaigns and independently manage all phases of production with oversight as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure the best creative solutions align with production realities.
• Build and manage detailed production calendars, track timelines, and coordinate key milestones from concept through delivery.
• Maintain control of the production budget, with responsibility for estimates, reconciliations, and wrap documentation.
• Support the evaluation of concepts and ideas to assess feasibility and recommend production approaches.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners to bring the strongest creative teams to the table.  
• Manage productions with attention to quality, efficiency, and creative alignment.
• Ensure projects adhere to financial policies and wrap procedures.
• Champion inclusive production practices by proactively identifying and supporting underrepresented creators and collaborators.
• Travel for production and attend post sessions as needed.

• Proven ability to independently manage campaigns of varying scale and complexity.
• Consistently earn the trust of internal teams, vendors, and clients through clear communication and follow-through.
• Confidence in presenting and discussing production approaches, costs, and challenges.
• Ability to think quickly, adapt under pressure, and solve problems on the fly.
• Familiarity with union and non-union production, including SAG and non-SAG talent.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with precision in budgeting and scheduling.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and aligned with the agency’s mission and values.
• Passionate about elevating culture, embracing innovation, and bringing diverse voices into the work.
Minimum Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in production, preferably at a creative or culture-focused agency.
• A portfolio of work that includes both small and mid-sized productions demonstrating increasing responsibility and ownership.
• After-hours work and overnight travel required for shoots and post.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance marketing productions
• Familiarity with emerging media formats and platforms.
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural relevance, inclusivity, and industry innovation
