Viral Marketing & Data Analyst
Full time
Onsite • Nashville, TN, US
Category: Artist/Label Services
Position Overview
The Viral Marketing & Data Analyst will play a central role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the management and records divisions.
This digitally native individual will be responsible for having their finger on the pulse of the digital landscape, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, helping the team better understand artist performance, audience behavior, and emerging music trends. This role requires both analytical rigor and cultural awareness—someone who can connect the numbers to what’s actually happening in music, fan engagement, and digital platforms.
We’re seeking a digitally native analyst to also lead in-house paid and social campaigns with a focus on emerging platforms, viral tactics, and evolving discovery behaviors. This role offers hands-on experience across large-scale activations while helping build the systems that move ideas from concept to execution quickly.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to test, iterate, and scale modern marketing approaches—blending creativity, analytics, and cultural insight to shape how music is discovered and amplified. We’re looking for someone deeply tapped into culture, curious about technology, and motivated to push music marketing forward.
