We're seeking talented video editors to join our team and create engaging short-form and long-form content for a growing social media presence. This is an opportunity to bring your creativity and editing skills to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) - typically 3-5 videos per day
• Edit long-form videos (YouTube content, 8-10 minute videos)
• Create basic Instagram/Meta videos (30-second edits)
• Handle light edits and other content as requested
• Deliver edited videos by the next business day or early morning of the business day
• Implement revisions quickly and efficiently based on direct feedback
• Maintain consistent editing style and quality across all content
• Collaborate with team members and contribute creative ideas daily
Work Schedule & Availability
• Work Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: Flexible schedule, no set hours required
• Turnaround: Edits completed before next business day preferred
• Revisions: Must be available for on-the-fly revisions during business days
• Must provide advance notice for any time off to minimize workflow disruption
Workflow & Tools
• Project requests and communication managed through Monday.com
• Files supplied via Google Drive
• Must be comfortable with organized, professional workflow systems

Compensation
Rate: $2,000 - $3,000/month (based on experience and skill level) per editor. 
This position is part of a two-editor team structure designed to ensure consistent coverage and prevent workflow disruptions.
