Job Description: Venue Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Venue Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key venue partners to enhance our partnerships, drive business growth, and create outstanding experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with various venues.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and foster strong relationships with venue managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote venue offerings and events.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with venue partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in partnership offerings.
• Organize and conduct regular meetings with venue partners to review performance and discuss opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present partnership reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events at partnered venues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for partnership meetings and events.
