We are looking for a high energy, strategic New Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion across the US market. If you thrive on the hunt, love the intersection of data and entertainment and want to help creators take back control of their careers, we want you.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Openstage to prospective US clients. Your mission is to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers (managers, labels, agencies and brands), and close deals that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and prospect high-value leads within the US music, sports, and entertainment sectors.
• Strategic Outreach: Use a mix of cold outreach, networking, and industry events to secure meetings with C-suite executives and talent managers.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of creators and brands, presenting Openstage as the definitive solution for fan-data ownership.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to position Openstage as the premier market leader.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from "signed" to "onboarded."

Who You Are
• Experienced: 5+ years sales or Business Development, preferably within the music, tech, or entertainment industries.
• Connected: You have an existing network of industry contacts and a track record of navigating the US entertainment landscape.
• Data-Driven: You aren't just a "people person"; you understand how to use data to tell a compelling story and prove ROI.
• Resilient: You view "no" as a request for more information. You are persistent, persuasive, and professional.
• Self-Sufficient: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and can manage your own desk with minimal hand-holding.
• Change Management: Can demonstrated ability to transition clients from legacy strategies to innovative methodologies, clearly articulating the ROI for the client.
