About Three Six Zero Recordings
Three Six Zero Recordings is a forward-thinking independent label built around creative freedom. While our foundation is in electronic music, we’ve expanded to work with boundary-pushing artists across many genres, such as Dom Dolla, f5ve, WILLOW, and Jaden.

Responsibilities
• As a Marketing Manager at Three Six Zero Recordings, you will create, implement and manage marketing strategies for the labels releases.
• Lead on taking ideas from inception to execution, managing deliverables on time and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners including artists, Managers DSPs, social platforms, brands, influencer and ad agencies to help grow our artists careers.
• Oversee social media strategies & digital campaigns that resonate within the dance world and relevant online spaces.
• Stay current on emerging music trends, popular culture and zeitgeist moments
• Stay informed on competitor campaigns and market developments
• Manage teams of creatives, social media managers, and a variety of vendors and third party agencies
• Analyse and understand pre-order/save stats, streaming data, sales figures, and campaign performance in real time to optimise the wider marketing plans and how this impacts budget allocation
• Support international affiliates to ensure the timely delivery of all assets and tools to successfully build artist campaigns globally.
• General problem solving for international affiliates for all aspects of releases entailing communication with Legal, Supply Chain, Digital, Sales, Licensing, etc
• Monitoring your projects and provide regular updates to the team as needed.
Qualifications
• 4+ years experience in marketing or a similar role in the music industry.
• Passionate music fan with broad knowledge of charts, trends, and artists as well as the digital and social landscape
• Ability to confidently plan, run and manage the entire campaign process to a high standard.
• A broad network of contacts
• Be a creative and critical thinker
• Take ideas from ideation to fruition
• Sharp knowledge of music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Pandora, etc.)
• Commercial awareness of the market, music business developments, products, challenges and digital innovations with ability to consistently apply knowledge appropriately.
• Experience of working with acts of various sizes and budget
• Experience of effectively managing budgets on own projects and maximising profits
• Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience with social platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
• Experience in social media content deployment, including copy writing/editing, image editing/optimizing and scheduling/optimizing posts for best performance
• Knowledgeable in best practices of campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of campaigns across all channels (email, web, social)
• Creative self-starter with ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding attention to organization and detail
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Minimum of 3 days in London Office (Ladbrooke Grove)
