Built on creative problem-solving and an artist-first approach, Threefour is seeking a highly organized and proactive Tour Merchandise Coordinator to join our live touring operation.
Role Overview
The Tour Merchandise Coordinator is a contract position that works closely with company leadership to support the end-to-end execution of tour merchandise programs across multiple clients and concurrent tours. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional support to artists, managers, venues, and road staff in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Flexible, must be able to work during Pacific Time zone hours
Availability: Evening and weekend availability may be required to support active live events and touring schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inventory allocation and logistics for tours, festivals, and special events
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Prepare, track, and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with artist teams, venues, road staff, warehouses, and vendors to confirm orders and timelines
• Place reorders, support production schedules, and ensure merchandise is delivered accurately and on time
• Assist with forecasting and inventory planning to optimize product availability
• Support product setup, pricing, and tour preparation as needed
• Analyze sales performance by product and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and operational efficiency
• Resolve on-site and post-show issues with a solutions-oriented approach
• Maintain accurate reporting and inventory records across multiple active tours
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with leadership, providing regular updates on inventory, shipments, production timelines, and any issues that arise.
• Communicate potential risks or challenges early to help ensure smooth tour operations.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize tasks and support successful execution across all active tours.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems that support live event operations

You are a strategic operator and adaptable multitasker with hands-on experience in touring and merchandise execution. You are highly organized, professional, and passionate about creating outstanding experiences for artists and fans alike. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the pace and complexity of live events.
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in live events, music, touring, merchandise operations, or related fields
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working directly with artist teams and external partners
• Understanding of merchandising and sales strategy, including demand planning, product mix, pricing, and on-site selling practices
• Knowledge of apparel production and manufacturing timelines
• Experience managing purchase orders and vendor relationships, including garment suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Advanced knowledge of AtVenu, including tour merchandise management, reporting, settlements, and inventory workflows
• Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze data and support forecasting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and follow-through
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
• Experience supporting multiple tours or live events simultaneously
• Genuine passion for music, touring, and merchandise
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Shopify and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with merchandise web stores and e-commerce operations
• Experience working with venues, promoters, festivals, and touring personnel
• Understanding of venue settlement processes and live event logistics
