You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with artists, agents, and managers, while staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and book talent for events, concerts, and festivals.
• Negotiate contracts and fees with artists, agents, and managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to create cohesive event strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to establish connections.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial viability of booked talent.
• Handle logistics and administrative tasks related to talent bookings.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in talent buying, agency, booking, or a related role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using booking and event management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry.
