Job Duties & Responsibilities
 **
● Develop and execute a sync licensing strategy to generate revenue and increase exposure forour artists and catalog across both EF Records & Publishing clients
● Foster and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including music supervisors, adagencies, and other music licensing professionals
● Handle all day-to-day sync activity in the USA - including both creative and licensing work
● Procuring, contributing to and delivering creative pitches
● Work with finance team to collect licensing fees in a timely and efficient manner
● Designing and organizing appropriate marketing and promotional activity for Electric Feel’sfrontline roster including mailouts, gigs, showcases, listening parties and more
● Monitor sync licensing trends and market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
 **
● A minimum of 5 years experience; either at a label or publishing company, or through a musicsupervision role elsewhere
● Proven track record of securing sync licenses for music in various media
● Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with music supervisors and other keyplayers
● Excellent negotiation skills
● Excellent communication and networking skills. You must be confident meeting new people andseeking new business opportunities, as well as dealing with artists and managers on a day to daybasis
● A creative mind which is willing and able to answer music briefs openly and thoroughly
