NightBird Recording Studios is seeking interns for the spring 2027 term. This is an in-person role for someone dependable, discreet, and proactive who can stay organized and keep a steady pace through a full shift. If you are pursuing a career in audio engineering, this internship offers direct exposure to professional studio workflow and a clear path to increased responsibility based on performance.

Expectations & Requirements
• Be 21 or older (required for on-site safety and insurance).
• Live in the Los Angeles area during the internship and have reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Commit to a minimum of two shifts per week, typically eight hours each, with common start times of 10am and 6pm.
• Keep rooms clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.
• Assist staff and engineers as directed, including session prep and room resets.
• Handle errands and time-sensitive requests quickly and professionally.
• Have strong communication skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor with clients.

Internship Details
This internship is unpaid and offered for academic credit only, so applicants must be enrolled at a higher education institution and eligible to receive credit through their school. The internship runs a maximum of six months, and completing it does not guarantee employment with NightBird Recording Studios.
