Looking for a social media manager for our growing client roster.
Currently needing 10 posts a week, will grow as client interest in our service grows.
What You Will Do:
• Work closely with artists to orchestrate and oversee content associated with music releases and assist in implementing associated marketing and promotional strategy/initiatives for these releases
• Identifying, gathering, and organizing essential content and associated metadata needed for the implementation of social media and marketing initiatives
• Participate in the brainstorming of creative, strategic posts to build both the label’s and artists’ brand and presence
• Post & manage artists' social media accounts
Who You Are:
• At least 1 year experience in social media + content creation and/or coordination is preferred
• At least 1 year experience in music and the music industry is preferred
• Organized, reliable, and able to deliver on time
• Have high attention to detail but also are able to zoom out to the full picture to examine and understand the interconnected relationship of the many different components within the system
• Have an ability to think outside the box when presented with a challenge
• Proficient with social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, and Facebook
• Passionate music listener with a strong interest to understand and help with artists achieve their goals is a plus
Compensation:
• $1400 / month, will grow as post #'s grow
