SOCIAL MEDIA & DAY TO DAY ARTIST MANAGER

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and resourceful person to join one of our clients growing team. This role combines artist operations, project management, content creation, social media coordination, and day-to-day support as we continue building their music career, brand, and community.
This is a fast-moving, startup-style environment for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats, staying organized under pressure, solving problems, traveling, and helping bring ideas to life.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
SOCIAL MEDIA, CONTENT & BRAND SUPPORT
• Capture behind-the-scenes photo/video content and help document our journey, shows, travels, and day-to-day life
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
• Help execute social media and marketing strategies surrounding releases, tours, collaborations, campaigns, and brand initiatives
• Maintain and organize content archives including footage, performance assets, BTS content, and evergreen materials
• Monitor content performance, platform trends, audience engagement, and emerging cultural trends within the dance music space
• Assist with fan engagement and community-building across social platforms
• Collaborate with editors, photographers, videographers, designers, media buyers, and other external creatives to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand direction
• Support branding, storytelling, visual direction, and overall creative consistency across platforms and campaigns
• Serve as a creative sounding board for ideas, campaigns, content, and brand development
• Basic graphic design, photo editing, and video editing skills are a plus
ARTIST OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Serve as a key day-to-day support person for the artists and team
• Maintain organized calendars, timelines, workflows, task tracking, and project coordination across releases, touring, content, and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, Airbnbs, rental cars, itineraries, and scheduling
• Help manage communication and alignment across artists, managers, agents, labels, promoters, creatives, and external partners
• Assist with release management including distribution coordination, music registrations, asset organization, and rollout execution
• Research and coordinate booking opportunities, venues, promoters, brand partnerships, collaborations, and live events
• Help oversee merchandise initiatives, fan platforms, and additional monetization opportunities
• Coordinate vendors, production teams, photographers, videographers, and creative partners when needed
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing projects stay organized and moving forward across multiple workstreams
• Be proactive, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
WHO YOU ARE
• 2+ years of experience in social media
• 2+ experience in artist management, executive assisting, touring, or music marketing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
• Passionate about music, culture, branding, content, and community-building
• Comfortable with travel and flexible scheduling
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital culture, and the dance music ecosystem
• Someone who brings positive energy, good instincts, and enjoys being part of a close-knit creative team
BONUS SKILLS
• Content creation and editing skills
• Graphic design skills
• Relationships with talent buyers & key stakeholders in electronic music
• Familiarity with music distribution, DSPs, publishing, and royalty systems
