The Role
We're looking for a short-form editor at Raw Sound, Raw Material's new label venture, to build and run fan and edit pages for our artists. You'll find the moments worth clipping, cut them into posts made for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and post every day to grow real fan communities around each artist.
Responsibilities
• Build and run fan and edit pages for our artists on TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts
• Pull clips from studio sessions, live sets, interviews, livestreams, and releases, plus trending memes and moments tied to each artist
• Edit high-volume short-form content with strong hooks, captions, and on-screen text
• Post daily across artist and fan pages
• Turn one piece of footage into several formats and cuts
• Pitch trends, sounds, captions, and rollout ideas around releases
• Track views and engagement, then double down on what works
• Keep a running list of creators, influencers, and pages with the strongest engagement in our space
• Help grow fan communities organically
• Other projects as needed
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and internet culture and trends
• Knows how meme pages, fan pages, and edit accounts grow
• Fast in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar
• Self-directed and reliable at posting volume
