Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to help lead our marketing strategy and oversee digital campaigns for a roster which has amassed over 31 billion total streams. You will work with the SVP and others to help drive creative strategy, collaborate with artists, managers, and external partners to craft culture shaping digital rollouts. This person is an expert at helping artists in the developing stages unlock their digital footprint and perpetuating the growth of A-level acts.
The role will either be offered as a Senior Manager or Director, depending on the experience of the selected candidate. This role reports to the SVP, Operations & Business Affairs and is based in Nice Life’s offices in Echo Park, CA.
Specific Responsibilities
• Lead all digital marketing initiatives, from ideation through execution and performance analysis - working alongside internal teams that have amassed billions of global streams such as the 2025 hit “No Broke Boys”.
• Partner with artists, managers, and third parties to develop and execute innovative digital and growth strategies that drive audience growth and consumption across the Nice Life roster.
• Lead the paid media aspects of digital campaigns, including budgets and execution of paid media on social media platforms.
• Manage content and social media strategy for label and artist campaigns across socials, websites, newsletters, DSPs, fan communities, and other owned digital channels.
• Maintain a constant pulse on digital culture and platform behavior, translating trends into timely conversation-driving moments for artists and releases.
• Strategize and deliver artist database growth and CRM strategy, via traditional and creative means.
• Deliver platform-ready content that is culturally relevant and consistent with the broader creative direction of each project.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue through merch, vinyl, box sets, and other catalog-driven product offerings.
• Drive innovation through new technologies, formation, and digital behaviors that lead to increased exposure and consumption.
• Maintain a robust rolodex of third-party partners and creators to leverage alongside Nice Life talent.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets informed by performance data and ROI analysis, guiding spend allocation and campaign prioritization.
• Select and manage third party digital marketing agencies.
• Work closely with internal and third-party partners (creative directors, producers, videographers, etc.) to deliver content.
Qualifications
• 3 years minimum digital/social media marketing experience (non-intern), preferably at a record label, music management company, or digital marketing agency focused on artist, single and album release marketing.
• High level of skill in paid social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innate ability to lead and mentor.
• Impeccable follow-up and follow-through.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Short form video creation experience.
• A deep professional knowledge of interactive technologies and communication tools, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Website strategy, Email/CRM strategy and overall social media trends.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• A passion and deep knowledge of trends and current culture.
• Expertise in social media and photo / video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, and Canva.

Compensation
Competitive salary, incentive and benefits will be offered, commensurate with the role and the final hire’s experience. Depending on the job relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, network and location of the final hire, the base salary is anticipated at an annual rate in the range of $90k to $110K.
