Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Tritone finds and recovers the money the music industry owes artists and rightsholders. We run historic royalty and registration audits today, and we're building the automated, real-time platform that makes that recovery accessible at scale. Founded by musicians, for the people the royalties belong to.
We're looking for a senior full-stack engineer to help build the core of that platform. We want someone who's shipped real products from nothing and wants to do it again on a problem that actually matters.
What you'll do
Build and ship across multiple product surfaces, from data pipelines to client-facing tools, working closely with our CTO and engineering team. You'll take ownership of features end-to-end, move fast without waiting to be told what to build, and help shape the architecture as we scale from service to platform.
What we're looking for
• 5+ years building software in startup environments — ideally as an early engineer or co-founder
• A proven record of shipping 0→1 products, not just maintaining existing ones
• Works independently with a strong bias to action, while staying aligned with company and sprint priorities
• Experience building software or systems for the business side of music (royalties, publishing, rights, distribution, catalog, or related)
• Strong command of clean code and software architecture: modularity, reusability, and sound design patterns
• Comfortable context-switching across multiple products and surfaces
